3. Can you guess the gender and age of ‘I’ character in the story?

Answer: A girl, teenager perhaps 13 or 14 years old.

4. Who asked the question “Have you heard of makeup?” in the story?

Answer: She (the narrator’s classmate)

5. Why did she say that “You’d look prettier with makeup on”?
